Dr. Turner and Patrick Walker traveled across APEC member economies conducting field research for the Asia-Pacific Financial Forum’s (APFF’s) Baseline Survey of Credit Information Sharing. Dr. Turner and Patrick Walker travelled around India and met with various stakeholders in both government and industry to discuss public credit registries. PERC wrote a report regarding the RBI’s announcement to create an Indian public credit registry: read it here.
