Fully respecting the People’s Republic of China’s policy with regard to official interactions with Taiwan, PERC has abstained from direct advocacy and outreach efforts in Taiwan. However, it has taken advantage of unofficial and industry led efforts to address issues relating to financial inclusion and consumer credit reporting. PERC activities in this regard have included:
- Key note address at World Consumer Credit Reporting Conference 2012; and,
- Financial services and credit reporting Industry executive education.
