In Bolivia, PERC is conducting randomized control trials to measure the costs and benefits of credit reporting and scoring in the microfinance sector. A core case in a three-country study, Bolivia’s microfinance sector is ideal for the estimation of the value of information sharing in this sector. The findings of this study will help microlenders worldwide to make informed decisions about information sharing and modernizing their lending.
