PERC’s Dr. Michael Turner and Dr. Robin Varghese will participate in this forum centered on developing the lending infrastructure for financial inclusion. The forum is being organized by ABAC and The Foundation for Development Cooperation, in partnership with the Citi Foundation. Turner and Varghese will both chair sessions and Dr. Turner will present on the topics of non-financial data, Big Data, and financial inclusion.
