Dr. Turner will participate as moderator and a panelist on the First 2017 ABAC Meeting in Bangkok, Thailand.
He will moderate on Innovative Financing Mechanisms: Development and Potential for Funding MSMEs in addition to serving as a panelist to discuss on how APFF/FIDN is helping APEC economies accelerate the development of their credit information infrastructure.
